Today I found in a comment posted to a blog the term "literal photography". The author used it referring to straight-and-objective photography (I'm not sure if anything like that exists) versus non-straight-nor-objective photography (the only kind I know of). I find the adjective "literal" quite interesting and useful. Words are tools, and we need the sharpest ones when we must refer to something that doesn't exist in the real world.
Literally, that's funny :-)
And I couldn't agree more, there's no such thing as objective photography, unless by "objective" you mean "lens", in which case most photography not taken through a pinhole is objective.

I got acquainted with your blog through a reference made my Michael Johnston in the "The Online Photographer".
I really like your images and, in particular, this one.
I'll visit your blog regularly.
