I like this effect very much. So much that I have unashamedly copied it :-)

being copied means being sort of "inspiring" to fellow photographers, which is one of the points of running a blog ;-)
30/40 % of b&w is my recipe, at the moment.

Hi Gianni, great pictures. I don't have a great deal of experience in post processing, would you mind to explain this technique in simpler words, if possible, for people like me? Thanks
